What ingredients do you use?

Our products contain US Pharmaceutical Grade Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and US Pharmaceutical Grade Propylene Glycol (PG). Upon request, it may also include USP Grade Nicotine, which is USA made, meets EU6.0 standards and is 99.86% pure. The flavorings are food grade and DO NOT contain any artificial colorings. Even though our specialty blends are based on your favorite cocktails, none of our eLiquids contain Alcohol.

Can you create custom nicotine levels or PG/VG ratios?

Yep! Our standard blend is 60% VG and 40% PG. Just let us know what customizations you would like in the “Order Notes” section during checkout, and we’ll create your bottles the way you want. We can not, however, create 100% VG eJuice containing nicotine, as our nicotine is PG based.

Do you sell hardware?

We will be selling some specialty items on our website as they come available. We carry all types of electronic cigarettes, including true JoyeTech brand, IN-STORE ONLY. Please visit our Locals website for descriptions on our in-store hardware items.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders received Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped the next day.

Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

We ship all orders with USPS Priority Shipping. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our facility.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Absolutely. If you do not see your country listed on the shipping options during checkout, please email us at ejuice@myvaporcafe.com or call +1-818-795-0156 and we will get your country added.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal,Visa and Mastercard .

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes! Your credit card information is protected with a secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with the industry standard 128 bit secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. We do not save or store any credit card information.

Do you wholesale?

We sure do! My Vapor Cafe has a very successful wholesale program with products going out to companies all around the world. We will create custom labels that have your company’s name and logo on them for branding purposes. We also provide professional point of sale signage for your store and help to support your business in many ways beyond supplying your customer base with gourmet eJuice. Do you accept returns?

We stand behind our product 100%. If you feel that you have received a product that is not up to the standard of Pink Spot Vapors, please contact us. Always make sure that you store your eLiquids in a cool, dark place. Direct sunlight and heat can alter the quality and vapor production of all eJuice. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged or altered by human misuse or faulty hardware.

Return Policy

30 day exchange for defective merchandise, not damaged. Used items are non returnable, Herbal vaporizers and oil pens are sold as is and are final sale if used in any way. 
72 hour atty exchangefor DOA or defective ONLY, Burnt atomizer wicks and attys are at sole discretion of The Vapor spot to exchange. 
Some juices may damage plastic tanks, but no exchange is possible in this scenario due to large varieties of juices. All ejuice sales are final no exchange or returns.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise. No cash returns only credit to orginal card.
